Featured Content (site notes)

All copy is just plain ol' <p> tags. Images in the left column have appropriate spacing applied for their style. Images in right column have increased spacing and float left so text will wrap around them. Applying the style "framed" will place the white padding and grey line around the image. All headlines are just <h1> tags. The "Featured Content" above is all contained within a <div> with a class 0f "featured" to get the proper styling (and may have problems with IE6). The "more" links have a class 0f "more" applied. 

The header image is a big image that's 800x390 pixels. The navigation is floated over the header image within a <ul>. This page will look pretty in a browser, but may not print very pretty because there is no print stylesheet.
